In 2021, the US Mint celebrated the centennial of the Peace Dollar’s debut by introducing a modern bullion version. Each of the 2023-S Peace Dollar Silver Coins in this offering is encased in a protective PCGS plastic slab, ensuring the preservation of its nearly perfect grade. PR69 coins exhibit full original mint luster, with at most two minor imperfections, typically small contact marks or hairlines outside the primary focal areas. The First Strike designation is given to coins graded within 30 days of their mint release.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2023-S Peace Dollar Coin showcases a left-profile bust of Lady Liberty, adorned with a radiant crown, her hair flowing freely. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and 2023.
Reverse
On the reverse side, the 2023-S Peace Dollar Silver Coin features the iconic American bald eagle, wings at rest, perched on a rocky cliff, clutching an olive branch. The horizon is bathed in the first light of day as the eagle gazes toward a new dawn. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, PEACE, and the S mint mark.
History
Designed by Anthony de Francisci in 1921, the Peace Silver Dollar was a response to the public’s desire for a new design reflecting the peace of the post-war era. De Francisci’s design beautifully encapsulates this concept of peace.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
