Obverse

The obverse side of the 2020 Tokelau Chronos 1 oz Silver Coin features a bust of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is captured here in right-profile relief in a 1998 design from Ian Rank-Broadley. The image of the Queen is accompanied by inscriptions of 1 oz Fine Silver 999 overhead, the date mark as 20 20 split on either side of the Queens portrait, and Elizabeth II Tokelau below the portrait. There is also a feather ornately twisted as the figure-eight infinity symbol.

Reverse

On the reverse face of 2020 Tokelau Chronos Silver Coins is the latest twist on the clock design. Each release dating back to 2015 in this series has offered a new image of the clock. All designs have the clock set to five minutes to 12, but this years design is unique in its own right. It features ornate hands with only the 12-, 3-, 6-, and 9-hour marks noted on the clock. Creatively, the 6 Dollars face value is set at the 6-hour mark on the clock. An interior circle of the design field has a smaller clock with a second hand tracking the seconds in each minute. At the 12-hour mark, you will see Ag inscribed.
