The obverse of the Washington Quarter features the left-facing portrait of President George Washington. Inscriptions read “LIBERTY” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.” You’ll also find the year of issue.
The reverse an eagle with outstretched wings. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” and “QUARTER DOLLAR.”
American quarters were introduced in the 1790s and were made of 90% pure silver until 1965, after which a copper-nickel alloy was used. In 1932, the US redesigned the quarter to celebrate President Washington’s 200th birthday.
Each roll contains 40 brilliant uncirculated Washington quarters. Coins may come with varied dates and mintmarks. When possible, paper rolls are left intact and certain coins may bear toning.
These coins offers investors an affordable, convenient, and easily divisible means of owning silver. Regardless of what happens to the price of silver, 90% silver coins will always be worth at least their face value. For this reason alone, 90% silver coins are a smart way to hedge against more volatile investments.
You can safely store your 90% silver coins in coin tubes or canvas totes.

"
I ordered 2 of these rolls, which were part of my first Provident order, received today. Excellent coins and a nice mix of dates, 1959-1964. I didn't bother to check the mint marks. Most were bright and choice BU, with a few toners. Very happy and will order more."

"
All coins were BU but were all from the early 60's. Still a good buy. Great company to work with. Orders over a couple hundred dollars should have signature confirmation for both parties safety though."

"
The first roll I received was in a plastic roll and coins appeared as new. I couldn't wait to order more. The second roll I received yesterday was in a plastic roll but a number of the coins(5 or 6) had grey dirt material on them(dirty) and in my opinion not BU. 3 coins were tarnished to differing degrees (like the PM description mentions) . Probably won't pay the high premium for another roll. Provident has been great to buy from and they would probably make it right but I don't have the time to hassle with it."
