The third-generation design from Dora de Pedery-Hunt, the first from a Canadian artist, was used from 1990 to 2003 and showed the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem. The modern design from Susanna Blunt has been in use since 2004 and depicts the Queen with no crown.
