Gold Britannias have been minted by the British Royal Mint since 1987. Each coin is made according to strict production quality and purity standards, making your collection a good choice for a precious metals IRA. The 2017 release features micro inscribed radial lines.
On the coin’s obverse, you’ll see a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II designed by Jody Clark, the youngest engraver to sculpt the obverse of commonwealth coinage. This coin celebrates Elizabeth’s long reign as a British monarch. Inscriptions include “ELIZABETH II,” along with the coin’s weight and domination.
The reverse showcases Britannia, the female personification of Great Britain. She gets her name from the Greek and Roman words for the geographic area that makes up the UK. On this coin, she gazes out to sea while holding Poseidon’s trident. In her other hand, she holds a shield and olive branch. You’ll find inscriptions of “BRITANNIA,” “2017,” and “1 OZ 999.9 FINE GOLD.”

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
